We have kits for survivors that help them be equipped for their journey of healing:

Our WARRIOR KITS include items to help teach all the ways to ground using all the senses, plus the mind and different learning styles:

Coloring book
Colored pencils
Folder for notes or therapy papers
Journal
Two pencils for drumming (to help ground)
Pens
Mints (taste)
Lavender tea (aroma or taste)
Fidget toys (vary according to what is available)
Paper clips
Jumping frogs
Stress ball
Bubbles (fun grounding)
Balloons (breath control)
Pipe cleaners (fidget and touch/texture)
Rubber ice cube (using ice to ground)
Marble in sleeve stress reliever
Play dough Mini
Scarf that is crocheted by a community of people who BELIEVE the survivor (texture/touch/being believed)
Resources (pamphlets, business cards or more for nonprofits that help survivors with protection or services or housing…)
One rock that is fluorite; it’s color is purple (Domestic Violence Awareness), teal (Sexual Assault Awareness), and black (Kick at Darkness) — it represents if we all help carry the load, the weight is easy to carry
Win Jar Starter Kit (items to put into a mason jar to count the small and large WINS on the healing journey; then on the hard days, they can see things in the jar and know progress HAS happened)
